Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Easyly. By connecting an account or using the service you agree to them.
What the service does
Easyly indexes documents you connect — currently from Google Drive — so that you can search them and ask questions answered from their contents, with citations back to the source document.
Your account and your data
- Your documents remain yours. Connecting a source grants us permission to process it on your behalf; it transfers no ownership.
- You are responsible for having the right to connect the data you connect, and for not connecting content you are not permitted to process.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Easyly to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to store or process material you have no right to, or to attack, overload or probe the service or the systems it depends on.
Answers are generated, and can be wrong
Answers are produced by a language model from excerpts of your documents. They can be incomplete or incorrect, and citations should be checked against the source. Easyly is a research and retrieval aid; it is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and it should not be the sole basis for a consequential decision.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easyly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You may stop at any time by revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and asking us to delete your indexed content. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or endangers the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above before they take effect.
